The Jesus Barn LLC ("The Jesus Barn," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at thejesusbarn.org. We are a community organization based in Piedmont, Oklahoma.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We collect only what we need, we don't sell it, and we use it only to connect with you as a member of our community.

What We Collect

Get Involved Form

When you fill out our partner signup form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• How you'd like to partner with us (Sow, Serve, Gather, or Work)
• Any additional information you choose to share in the message field

Community Wall

When you submit a note to our Community Wall, we collect:

• Your name or a chosen anonymous identifier
• Your general location (city, optional)
• Your submitted message

Community Wall submissions are reviewed before they appear publicly. Approved messages may be displayed on our website. You may request removal of your message at any time by contacting us.

Donations (Donorbox)

If you make a donation through our site, you will be directed to or presented with a form powered by Donorbox, a third-party payment processor. Donorbox collects payment and contact information directly and securely. We receive only the information necessary to acknowledge your gift and send a receipt. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account details, health information, or precise geolocation data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Follow up with you about your interest in partnering with The Jesus Barn
• Coordinate volunteer schedules, supply donations, or financial gifts
• Display your approved Community Wall message on our website
• Send you occasional updates about The Jesus Barn if you have opted in
• Respond to questions or requests you send us directly

We will never use your information to send unsolicited marketing, sell products, or contact you for any purpose unrelated to The Jesus Barn community.

How We Store Your Information

Form submissions from our website are stored in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible only to authorized members of The Jesus Barn team. This spreadsheet is hosted on Google's servers and protected by Google Workspace security standards.

We retain your information for as long as it is relevant to your involvement with The Jesus Barn. If you would like your information removed, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

Google Sheets & Google Apps Script

We use Google Sheets to store form submissions and Google Apps Script to process them. Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymized data about page views, time on site, and general geographic location. It does not collect your name or contact information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Donorbox

Vercel (Website Hosting)

The Jesus Barn is a family-friendly community space welcoming people of all ages. However, our website's forms are intended for adults (18 and older) or minors with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
